I had a lot of green hills to paint over the last couple of days and I struggled with the various green shades I have. A lot of them are very transparent and I had difficulty in handling them well. I settled for applying a base layer of colour on the hills laying down the shading and general look of the scenery in the piece and will add to this when its dry. Green is not my favourite colour at the moment!
I have painted a nice sunset sky though which I am pleased with and next comes the colours on the Impossimals. I want to try and get a fair bit done this week prior to the weekend because I think I will definitely be feeling green on Saturday after the night out I have planned with some friends in Liverpool on Friday!
